ai-receptionist-for-hair-beauty-salons
AI Receptionist for Hair & Beauty Salons

AI Receptionist for Hair & Beauty Salons is an AI skill that turns Claude or ChatGPT into the designer and operator of your AI receptionist for salons, the AI answering service that books clients while your stylists have their hands in someone's hair.

Built for hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, lash and brow studios and beauty salons. You load the skill file into Claude or ChatGPT, answer a short interview about your services, prices, durations and policies, and it builds the full setup: greeting and call flow, service duration matrix, deposit and no-show rules, patch test and allergy handling, an FAQ built only from your facts, and a ready system prompt for Retell AI, Vapi, Synthflow, Bland AI or a website chat. It does not connect to your phone itself; you paste the prompt into your tool. Unlike Jiwon - Receptionist AI Skill, which coaches a human front-desk person, and AI Medical Receptionist, which trains people for a medical receptionist job, this skill builds and runs the AI receptionist for your salon.

Stop losing Saturday bookings to voicemail and stop double-booking chairs with wrong durations, because every price, processing time and policy comes from you and anything missing is flagged for you to fill.

Compatible with: Claude, ChatGPT, Retell AI, Vapi, Synthflow, Bland AI, Twilio, Square Appointments, Vagaro, Fresha, Boulevard, Mindbody and any website chat widget.

Will it make up my prices? No. It only uses what you give it and marks every gap for you to answer.

Does it handle patch tests and deposits? Yes.
