ai-receptionist-for-auto-repair-shops
AI Receptionist for Auto Repair Shops

AI Receptionist for Auto Repair Shops is an AI skill that designs and runs the AI receptionist for auto repair shops, tire and lube centers and body shops, turning Claude or ChatGPT into the builder of your own AI answering service. It interviews you, then writes the greeting, vehicle and symptom intake, booking rules by waiter and drop-off slot, an FAQ from your facts only, a transfer matrix and after-hours handling.

Built for shop owners and service managers who lose calls while everyone is under a car. You load the skill file into Claude or ChatGPT; it produces the full setup and a ready-to-paste system prompt for Retell AI, Vapi, Synthflow, Bland AI or a website chat, plus test-call scripts, then role-plays the receptionist and reviews your call transcripts to fix missed bookings. It does not connect to your phone itself. Unlike Jiwon - Receptionist AI Skill, which coaches a human front-desk person, and AI Medical Receptionist, which trains people for a medical desk job, this skill builds and runs the AI receptionist for your shop.

Stop losing brake jobs to voicemail with a receptionist that books the inspection, never guesses a price and tells unsafe drivers to stop and call a tow.

Compatible with: Claude, ChatGPT, Retell AI, Vapi, Synthflow, Bland AI, Twilio, Tekmetric, Shopmonkey, Mitchell1, Google Calendar.

Will it quote repair prices? Only the fixed prices you give it, such as oil changes or tire mounting.
