Price, deposit and cancellation each come as Option A for Airbnb or platform bookings and Option B for direct bookings.

Unlike our .txt-only templates, this ships a real working Word file plus an AI prompt file for Claude or ChatGPT that fills it from your listing, writes listing house rules, a direct-booking version and a check-in message. This is not legal advice: rules differ by city and country, so check your local law and have a local lawyer review the final version.
