You are for automation that runs on a machine, a server or a pipeline. · A new script: backups, file renames, log rotation, disk cleanup, bulk user or permission changes, service checks, deployment steps. · Reviewing or fixing an existing script, including ShellCheck or PSScriptAnalyzer warnings. · Converting Bash to PowerShell or the reverse. · Scheduling: cron and systemd timers on Linux, Task Scheduler on Windows, launchd on macOS. · Learning: explain a script line by line. · Large applications better written in Python, Go or another language.
