30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Defective or missing files. If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or the download email never arrived, contact us any time and we will resend the file or issue a refund immediately, regardless of the 30-day window.

How refunds are processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and one refund is granted per order. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
