Prompts for Lawyers

A lawyer's week is an agreement drafted by the other side, a markup that came back with something quietly deleted, a demand letter that landed this morning, a client who needs the answer in words they can act on, and a negotiation tomorrow you have not prepared for. Each prompt tells the model what angle to take, what to work from, what structure to return and the one constraint that separates a professional answer from a generic one. They are built for the parts that actually go wrong: a plain English summary a founder can decide on, a risk pass that quotes the wording and states the consequence, a version comparison that catches deletions and quiet word swaps, a clause drafted at three positions with the concession named at each step, a negotiation prep that argues the other side properly, and the letter that puts bad news in the first two sentences. Every prompt has a when to use line and a line on how to judge the answer, and the file ends with chains that run these prompts end to end.

Read this before you buy. This is a drafting and thinking tool, not legal advice, and it creates no advice relationship.
