All products sold on KissMySkills.com are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase.

No refunds on digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.

Exception — defective files. If your downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically defective, contact us at hello@kissmyskills.com within 7 days of purchase and we will replace the file or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Download issues. If your download link has not arrived after purchase, check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, email us at hello@kissmyskills.com with your order number and we will resend it immediately.

How to request support. Email hello@kissmyskills.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.
