Is this the same as your ready-made AI Receptionist?

No. Our ready-made AI Receptionist is a chat on your website: it answers visitors and takes booking requests. Phone answering, call transfer and missed call text back are a custom build for your business, connected to your number and your tools.

Does it work with our existing phone number and calendar?

Usually yes: calls are forwarded from the number you already have, or we set up a new one for the AI phone answering service. What exactly connects depends on your phone provider and booking tool, so we check that at the start of the pilot and tell you honestly.

How is it priced? Is there a monthly agency fee?

We start with a free pilot on your real calls. If it works for you, we agree once on the price of the build; after that it runs on a subscription, not on a monthly agency retainer. If you’d rather talk it through first, a 1:1 AI setup call costs $99.
