Questions

What is an MCP server, and do I need one?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT use outside tools and data. An MCP server exposes your system to the assistant in a controlled way. If your AI needs data that lives in your own systems, a custom MCP server is usually the cleanest way to connect it, and if a ready-made connector already covers your tool, we will tell you.

Is my data safe? Who controls what the AI can do?

You decide what the integration can see and do: which systems, which records, and whether it can only read or also write. We use dedicated access keys with the narrowest permissions the task needs, and actions that change data can require a person to confirm. We agree with you where keys are stored, and they never go into prompts or chats.

What is the free pilot?

We take one real workflow, for example answering questions from your CRM, and build a first working version of the integration for it. You try it on your own data. If it is useful, we agree on the scope and price of the full build; if not, you owe nothing.
