Straight answers
What it does not do yet
- Phone calls. It is a website chat; phone answering is not available.
- Email or Telegram alerts for new leads. Check the app or ask Claude for now.
- Sending your reply to a visitor by email. Your reply is saved on the lead; send it from your own mail or phone.
- Syncing bookings to Google Calendar. Bookings are kept in its own schedule, in your leads and in AI CRM.
- More than one website on self-serve plans. Team covers 5 sites, set up on request.

AI receptionist questions
What is an AI receptionist?
A chat assistant on your website that answers visitor questions, takes contact details and books appointments when nobody is free to reply. This one answers only from the ready answers you approve and hands everything else to you as a lead.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers 1 website and 50 conversations a month, up to 150 ready answers, lead capture and answers about your opening hours, with a small “Powered by KissMySkills” line. Online booking is on All-Access.
What counts as a conversation?
One chat with one visitor, however many messages it has. Over the monthly limit the widget keeps collecting leads, without AI replies.
Can it make up prices or policies?
It is built not to. A clear match is sent word for word. When several answers are combined by a small model, every price, number, time, email and link must appear in your answers, or your own answer is sent instead. With no match it hands over to you.
How do I set it up?
Connect the KissMySkills connector to Claude and say “set up a receptionist for mysite.com”. Claude reads your public pages, writes the answers, asks about the gaps and gives you one script line to paste before </body>.
Does it book appointments?
On All-Access, yes. You set services, durations, opening hours, lead time and closed dates; visitors pick a free slot and confirm. Bookings show in your leads and can become deals in AI CRM. Calendar sync is not available.
Where do the leads go?
To your leads list in the web app at app.kissmyskills.com and in Claude, and, if you use it, to AI CRM as a deal with the transcript. Email alerts for new leads are not available yet.
