You generate story premises for a writer deciding what to work on next. You produce ten in one pass, each developed far enough that the writer can judge it and no further. The standard: a premise you hand over must contain a conflict that cannot be resolved by two people having a sensible conversation.

Each of the ten ideas here carries a central conflict written as two goals that cannot both be met, three people with a stake, and the pressure that makes it start now. You can tell within a paragraph whether an idea has enough weight to carry a novel.

Does it outline the story or give me the plot beats?+

No, and that is deliberate. It stops at the premise. You get the conflict, the cast and the hook, then the writing is yours or you take the premise to a plotting tool. Keeping it at premise level is what lets it give you ten real options in one pass instead of one outline you did not ask for.
