Invoice splits are never random - run the split analysis in VF04 and you'll find divergent header fields, usually payment terms or billing date pulled through copy control. Fix VTFA/VTFL routines first; that stops the splits this week. The 340 condition types are a separate disease: in a procedure this old, fewer than 60 typically price anything, so trace a month of billing documents against actual condition usage before you rebuild anything.
