Pull pg_stat_statements top 10 first - at 2.4s p95 it's almost always two or three N+1s, not the whole surface. Then in order: covering indexes for the worst offenders, Redis with a 60s TTL on the read-heavy endpoints, and swap the serial awaits in your route handlers for Promise.all. Skip the microservices conversation until p95 is under 400ms - it would only distribute the slowness. Paste your slowest query plan and I'll rewrite it.
