Three 'deal-breakers' is evidence to weigh, not orders to sequence - run each through the same scorecard: revenue at risk, reach beyond the requesting account, effort, strategic fit. The question that changes everything: is each integration a one-off, or the first instance of a category 5 more prospects will need? One-offs get partner or services solutions; categories get roadmap. And from seeing this pattern before: at least one of the three isn't actually deal-breaking - ask each CSM for the renewal risk in dollars. Then communicate the roadmap as bets with evidence: 'we build X because 40% of pipeline needs it'. Which of the three renews within 2 quarters?
