How an AI-run CRM works

Most "AI CRMs" are classic CRMs with an AI button added. Here the agent you already use is the main way in. The web app is where you look at the board; the agent does the typing.

What is an AI CRM?

An AI CRM is customer relationship management software where AI does part of the work: logging leads, updating deal stages, writing notes and suggesting follow-ups. KMS AI CRM goes one step further: your own AI agent, Claude or ChatGPT, runs the CRM through tools, so you manage the pipeline by talking instead of filling in forms.

Which AI agents work with it?

Claude (claude.ai, the desktop app and Claude Code) and ChatGPT, through the KissMySkills connector, which uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Any other client that supports MCP connectors should work the same way.

How much does the AI CRM cost?

Free for up to 300 deals and 1 user. Unlimited deals come with the KissMySkills All-Access subscription at $9 a month, or $29 a month for a team of 5 seats. There is no separate CRM subscription.

What if my industry has no template?

Ask your AI to set it up. You copy one prompt into Claude or ChatGPT, the agent asks you a few questions about how you sell, and it creates the stages and fields for you. You can change them any time.
