1. Who we are
KissMySkills.com ("KissMySkills", "we", "us") is operated by Dzmitry Pliachko KREAL, ul. Stanisława Drabika 63/19, 52-131 Wrocław, Poland. NIP (VAT ID): PL8992909337 · REGON: 520256406. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products only:
- Single files: skill files (.md), prompts, prompt packs, AI agent configurations and bundles. Each is a text file of instructions you add to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. You pay once and keep the file.
- Unlimited Access: a subscription that loads any skill, prompt pack or agent from our catalogue into supported AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) through our connector, for as long as the subscription is active.
Named personas on product pages (for example "Nathan, Financial Analyst") are fictional AI personas, not real people. Our products are prompt files that make an AI assistant respond in the style of a role. They are not a human service and do not provide professional, medical, legal, financial or tax advice; outputs generated by your AI assistant must be checked by you and, where appropriate, by a qualified professional. Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools are third-party services that you use under their own terms; we are not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI or any other AI company, and we do not control their availability or output.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price charged is the price shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout; we do not store your card details. We may change prices in the future; a change never affects an order already placed, and for subscriptions see section 5.
4. Orders and delivery of single files
Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send the order confirmation. Single files are delivered immediately after payment by an email with a download link and are also available in your account order history. Download links are valid for 30 days; we reissue expired or missing links free of charge. If a file does not arrive within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us with your order number.
5. Unlimited Access subscription
Plans and prices. Pro (1 seat): $9 per month or $59 per year. Team (5 seats): $29 per month or $199 per year. The price, billing interval and total amount are shown before you confirm your order.
Free trial. A 7-day trial is available without a payment card. It ends automatically and is never converted into a paid plan without your action. After the trial you may keep 3 skills free of charge.
Billing and automatic renewal. Paid plans are billed in advance on the day you subscribe and then at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) using the payment method you provided. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription, and you may cancel before it applies. For yearly plans we send a reminder before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage subscription) or by emailing hello@kissmyskills.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No cancellation fee applies.
Refunds. The first paid charge of any plan is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee; renewal charges are not refundable except where required by law or in case of a billing error. Details are in the Refund policy.
Fair use. Unlimited Access is for the seat holders on the plan. Accounts may not be shared beyond the purchased seats, and automated bulk extraction of the catalogue is not allowed. We may suspend access in case of a clear breach after notifying you.
Changes to the service. The catalogue changes over time; we may add, update or retire individual skills. If we discontinue Unlimited Access, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Single files and the first charge of Unlimited Access come with a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason, as set out in the Refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately after payment, the statutory right of withdrawal may end once the download or access starts. This does not limit our voluntary 30-day guarantee or your statutory rights where the digital content is not in conformity with the contract.
7. Licence
When you buy a single file, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal purposes or for the internal business purposes of you or your organisation, on any number of your own devices and projects. With Unlimited Access, the same licence applies to the content you load while your subscription is active. You may edit the files for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or share the files or their contents with third parties, or use them to build a competing catalogue. All other rights remain with KissMySkills or its licensors.
8. Your account
You must be of legal age to enter into contracts in your country of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
9. Acceptable use
You may use the website and products for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, upload malicious code, scrape the website with automated tools without our written permission, or use products to violate the law or the rights of others. Automated agents accessing the website must identify themselves as such, must not conceal that they are automated, and must respect any technical limits we apply.
10. Warranties and liability
We describe our products accurately and you have the statutory rights that apply to digital content in your country. Because results depend on the AI assistant you use and on your inputs, we do not guarantee any specific output or business result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Third-party services and links
The website runs on Shopify, and the products are used inside third-party AI assistants. Your purchase contract is with KissMySkills, not with Shopify or any AI provider. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our website.
12. Errors
If a product description or price contains an obvious error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order or refund you in full if you do not wish to proceed.
13. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to hello@kissmyskills.com; we reply within 14 days at the latest, usually within 1 business day. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution information at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/. These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country; otherwise the courts of Wrocław, Poland have jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. For active subscriptions, we will notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect.
