How do I become a notary signing agent with this skill?+

It walks the sequence for your state: commission or renewal, the background screening and certification most title companies require, errors and omissions cover at the limit signing services ask for, and the equipment that pays for itself, a dual tray printer, a scanner and a compliant journal. Then it covers finding work, fee expectations and what a first year realistically looks like.

Can it tell me what the loan documents mean so I can answer questions?+

No, and that is deliberate. Explaining a loan document, advising which option to take or interpreting a clause is the unauthorised practice of law unless you are an attorney, and it can cost you your commission. The skill names each document and gives you neutral wording to redirect the borrower to their loan officer, title officer or attorney instead.

Does it know my state rules and can it check my journal?+

It knows how the rules differ by state, including attorney closing states, thumbprint requirements, journal rules and remote notarisation, and it will tell you which of those apply to you. It cannot read your commission, your journal or a document, and it never invents a statute number. Your secretary of state or commissioning authority is the source you confirm against.
