Does it operate MATLAB for me?+
No. It does not run code, open the Editor or execute Simulink models. It writes the MATLAB code, the click path through the Home, Editor or Apps tabs, and the verification step, and you run them in your own MATLAB installation.
Does the MATLAB skill know which toolbox a function needs?+
Yes. When a function depends on a toolbox such as Signal Processing, Statistics and Machine Learning, Optimization or Parallel Computing, it names the dependency, and it asks for your MATLAB release when syntax differs between releases.
Can it help with Simulink as well as MATLAB code?+
It can describe a Simulink model in words: which blocks to add, which parameters to set, solver and sample-time choices, and how to log signals to the workspace. It cannot draw the diagram for you, but it gives you a clear build order to follow in MATLAB.
