Workday Payroll: retro recalculates back 14 months for some workers, off-cycle runs take a full day, and one earning double-pays overtime on holidays. Diagnose?

The 14-month retro tail means your retro event rules have no limit date - workers with old date-effective changes drag the whole window with them, so set the earliest retro processing date per run category and the tail gets cut. The holiday double-pay is a calculation collision: overtime and holiday earnings both pick up the same hours because the eligible-hours calculation lacks a mutual exclusion - check the pay component related calculations for overlapping time buckets. Off-cycle taking a day usually means full population evaluation instead of a targeted selection. Send me the retro rule config and one affected worker's pay result, and I'll pin all three.
