What does an administrative assistant ai handle for a whole team?+
The shared machinery. Request and intake forms, records naming and retention, shared drive structure, room and equipment booking rules, onboarding and offboarding checklists, supplies levels and reorder points, vendor and asset registers, and written procedures with an owner and a review date. It designs and documents the system, then you run it.
Is this the same as a personal or executive assistant skill?+
No. It serves a group rather than one person. It does not write your correspondence, manage a principal's diary, take minutes or screen calls. It builds the processes several people use at once, so the output is usually a form, a checklist, a policy or a register rather than a letter or a message.
Can it connect to our booking tool, drive or HR system?+
No. It has no logins, no integrations and no view of your files, tickets or stock levels. It writes the rules, the form fields, the folder structure and the checklists, and you configure them in whatever you already run. Tell it which tools you use and it will keep the design inside what those tools can actually do.
