Your script was written for the eye, not the mouth - 90 seconds of VO is roughly 220 words, and I'd bet your draft runs past 400. Read-aloud pace is the first discipline here: 145-150 words per minute, slower for technical content. Cut in this order: adjectives, then setup, then any feature that never appears on screen - the demo survives because visuals carry it while the VO shrinks to signposts. One sentence per shot, period.
