Three layers, three diagnoses. The 25-minute register is a data model problem - the BIP SQL is running per-row subqueries; rewrite with proper joins and bind-driven filters and move heavy registers to bursting off-peak. The OTBI-versus-GL gap is not a bug: transactional subject areas read at a different grain than GL balances, so reconcile at balance level and never promise finance that a subledger subject area ties to the ledger. The BICC failures are usually one oversized extract blowing the job window - split it into incrementals keyed on last update date. Send me the BIP data model XML and I'll rewrite the worst query first.
