Then the redesign - a flow that can fail for 3 weeks unobserved has no error path by design: wrap actions in Try-Catch-Finally scopes with run-after conditions and a failure notification into a channel someone reads. Your 4-hour apply-to-each is a different sin: turn on concurrency (default is sequential, 50 parallel is available) and batch with Filter Query so you stop iterating 10k items to touch 200.
