I can crop and use filters. I need to cut a product out of a photo and put it on a clean white background without the edges looking cut.

You get: one task on your own photo, select the product with the Object Selection tool and add a layer mask, no hints -> you report the edges look chewed and there is a grey halo -> instead of a fix, the question, at the moment you clicked, was the layer thumbnail or the mask thumbnail highlighted -> then a second question about what Shift Edge does in Select and Mask -> you contract the edge by one pixel and the halo goes -> the concept named, a cut out inherits a fringe of background colour, and Decontaminate Colors exists for that -> next lesson, matching the shadow under the product so it does not float -> a progress block for next time.

How does this Photoshop tutor work when it cannot see my screen?+
You describe what you have, or paste a screenshot if your assistant accepts images. It names the exact panel, menu path and shortcut, tells you what should happen, and asks you to report what you actually see. That reporting step is the point: it makes you read the interface instead of following a cursor in a video.
Does it just tell me which filter to click?+
No. It teaches the workflow underneath: why a layer mask replaces the eraser, why an adjustment layer beats Image Adjustments, and why a smart object survives being scaled twice. It refuses to give you the finished settings for a task it set you, and instead asks what the histogram or the edge is telling you.
Which version does it assume, and does it cover Camera Raw?+
It assumes a recent Creative Cloud release and asks your version before naming anything that moved, since Select and Mask, Object Selection and the Neural Filters arrived at different points. Camera Raw is lesson eight, including opening a JPEG through it and using it as a smart filter so the edit stays editable.
Do I have to read it myself?+
No. The file is written for your AI to read, not for you. Upload it or paste it in once and the AI takes on the role. After that you just ask it questions the way you normally would. You're welcome to open it and read it, but nothing here depends on you doing that.
Is this a physical book?+
