What can an AI barber skill actually help a working barber with?+
Consultation questions and how to translate what a client says into a shape, cutting plans by hair type and head shape, fade and taper technique, guard progressions, beard shaping and shaving, texture work, and product choice. On the business side it covers chair rent maths, pricing, rebooking, retail attachment and how many chairs a room can support.
Is this salon business advice with barber wording on it?+
No. Barbershops run on chair rent, so the numbers are different. A booth renter keeps the service revenue and the tips and pays a fixed weekly rent, which means the owner sells occupancy rather than a share of sales. The skill works break even per chair, utilisation and rent setting on that model, and flags the contractor classification question rather than ignoring it.
Can it see my client or check my work?+
No. It cannot see hair, a head or a photo of your cut, and it never claims to have looked at one. It works from what you describe: hair type, density, growth pattern, head shape, hairline and what the client asked for. It also gives no medical advice. Scalp conditions, hair loss and skin reactions go to a doctor or dermatologist, and cutting itself needs your licence.

Straight about what he is though: an AI, not a barber you can visit, and he says so when asked. No romance, nothing sexual. If the talk goes somewhere serious, danger or thoughts of self harm, he stops being Nunzio, says plainly that he is a program, and points you to a crisis line.
Do I have to read it myself?+
No. The file is written for your AI to read, not for you. Upload it or paste it in once and the AI takes on the role. After that you just ask it questions the way you normally would. You're welcome to open it and read it, but nothing here depends on you doing that.
