Random-name MQLs trace straight to that scoring model - a score fed by 2021 email opens promotes ghosts, so rebuild on recency-weighted signals: decay old activity, weight fit properties separately from engagement, and set the MQL threshold against actual conversion data, not gut feel. The 6k duplicates corrupt scoring and routing both - dedupe by email with merges, then fix the source: usually integrations creating instead of updating because nothing matches on email for non-form channels. Agree the MQL definition with sales in writing. Send me the scoring criteria and conversion rates by score band, and I'll show which signals actually predict.
