I use Sketch for screens but my Symbols fall apart when I resize them and I have no idea what constraints do.

CLAUDE · WITH THIS SKILL You get: one task, make a button a Symbol, put a 16 by 16 icon on the left, then drag it 80 pixels wider -> you report the icon has stretched and the label sits off centre -> instead of a corrected file, the question, select the icon layer and read the Resizing panel, what is fixed and what is not -> you answer nothing is fixed -> then the follow up, when the button gets wider, which parts of it should actually change size -> you work out the background only -> the concept named, a constraint is a statement about what stays true when the frame changes -> your turn again, pin the icon left, fix its width and height, resize once more -> a progress block for next time.

How does this Sketch tutor work if it cannot see my document?+

You report what the panels say: the Resizing settings on a layer, whether a colour is a Color Variable or a hex value, what the Components panel lists, the artboard preset. Those are the facts a tutor would check anyway. It names the exact panel, sets one task, and waits for your report before continuing.

Is this the Mac design app or drawing tuition?+

The Mac app, the one with artboards, Symbols and Sketch Cloud. It covers the interface design workflow: artboards and grids, Text Styles, Color Variables, Symbols with overrides, resizing constraints, Smart Layout, prototyping links and Inspect handoff. It is not a drawing or sketching course.

Does it cover Libraries and developer handoff?+

Lesson ten does. Shared Libraries so a component updates across documents, Sketch Cloud for sharing and Inspect so developers can read spacing and colours themselves, and export presets at 1x, 2x and 3x with slices. It asks who receives the file before recommending a format.

Do I have to read it myself?+

No. The file is written for your AI to read, not for you. Upload it or paste it in once and the AI takes on the role. After that you just ask it questions the way you normally would. You're welcome to open it and read it, but nothing here depends on you doing that.

Is this a physical book?+

No, it's digital. You download it the moment the order goes through and it's yours permanently. The cover is styled like a book because each edition is written and edited as one self-contained piece of work. The reading part is your AI's job, not yours.
