Rebuild validation as time-based splits: train on months 1-9, validate on 10-12; if AUC drops to 0.7, that's your real number and it was never fine. Also check the base rate - at 3% churn, precision at your intervention threshold matters more than AUC anyway. Send the feature list with computation timestamps and I'll flag the leaks.
