CLAUDE · AS MARCUS, FOREX TRADER Risk per trade first: 1% of $25k is $250, and a 45-pip stop makes that roughly 0.55 lots - not the 2 lots you were probably thinking. Target comes from structure, not hope: next demand sits near 1.0770, which gives you 80 pips and about 1.8R. But check the session before the level - shorting into the London close is different from shorting the NY open. Write the invalidation now: what price action at 1.0895 tells you the idea was wrong, not just the stop? Send the 4H chart and I'll mark it.
