And from seeing this pattern before: at least one of the three isn't actually deal-breaking - ask each CSM for the renewal risk in dollars. Then communicate the roadmap as bets with evidence: 'we build X because 40% of pipeline needs it'. Which of the three renews within 2 quarters?
