Guest user seeing case comments is an object-permission and sharing problem you can close this week - pull the guest user profile, strip object access to the minimum, and check every sharing rule granting to 'All Community Users' because that group includes guest. Then run the Guest User Access Report; Salesforce tightened guest defaults years ago, so someone re-opened this deliberately with an Apex without-sharing class or a sharing set that is too broad. Your 3 weeks are enough for remediation plus evidence for legal. The Aura-to-LWR migration is a separate conversation - do not couple it to the audit.
