The model - wrong YTD after a fiscal-year change means your date table isn't marked as such or TOTALYTD is missing its fiscal year-end argument, and no measure rewrite fixes a broken calendar. Build one date dimension with fiscal columns, mark it, and the time intelligence rights itself. The 70-minute refresh on 2GB screams imported columns nobody uses and no query folding - check which Power Query steps break folding, remove the top 20 unused columns, and refresh usually drops by half. Then rewrite the handful of measures still iterating with FILTER over full tables. Send me the PBIX metadata from DAX Studio and I'll list the columns to kill first.
