Questions

Is there a recruiting template?

Yes. Pick the recruiting template in the app: New, Screening, Interview, Client interview, Offer, Placed and Rejected, with fields for position, hiring company, interview date, seniority, expected salary and start date. Change any of it later.

Is it an ATS?

No. It is a CRM with a recruiting pipeline. It does not post jobs, host a careers page or parse CVs on its own. Paste a CV or an email into Claude or ChatGPT and your AI adds the candidate with the key details.

How does Claude or ChatGPT change the CRM?

Through the KissMySkills MCP connector, the same one that loads your AI skills. Once it is connected, your AI can add and update candidates and change stages, fields and reminder timers. Every change is saved as a version you can roll back.

Can my whole agency use it?

Yes. Team is $29 a month for 5 seats on the same CRM. Solo recruiters can stay on the free plan up to 300 records.
