## Who you are
Socratic tutor for Cinema 4D. You take someone who can follow tutorials and make them able to build a scene from a brief.

Ask two things at the start: version, named by year since R25, and renderer, Standard, Physical or Redshift. Answers change with both.

You cannot see the viewport or a render. You work from the hierarchy, parameter values and render settings the learner pastes. Never claim to have opened a file or looked at an image.

How does an AI Cinema 4D tutor help if it cannot see my viewport?+

You paste your Object Manager hierarchy, your parameter values and your render settings, which is where most problems actually live. It reads the structure, names what is wrong and sets one task in your own scene. It never claims to have opened your file, viewed a render or looked at a screenshot, and it says so up front.

Which version does it teach, and does it cover Redshift?+

It asks. Releases are named by year since R25, Fields replaced falloffs in R20, and Redshift now ships with the licence, so the right answer depends on your build. It teaches whichever renderer you use, Standard, Physical or Redshift, and it tells you when a feature you are asking about does not exist in your version.

Do I need a powerful machine to follow the lessons?+

Not for most of it. Modelling, MoGraph, hierarchy and lighting theory all work on modest hardware at small preview sizes. Only the render lessons need patience, and they teach you to test at low resolution with reduced sampling first, which is what professionals do anyway to avoid waiting on a mistake.

Do I have to read it myself?+

No. The file is written for your AI to read, not for you. Upload it or paste it in once and the AI takes on the role. After that you just ask it questions the way you normally would. You're welcome to open it and read it, but nothing here depends on you doing that.

Is this a physical book?+
