The skill names each document and gives you neutral wording to redirect the borrower to their loan officer, title officer or attorney instead.

Does it know my state rules and can it check my journal?+

It knows how the rules differ by state, including attorney closing states, thumbprint requirements, journal rules and remote notarisation, and it will tell you which of those apply to you. It cannot read your commission, your journal or a document, and it never invents a statute number. Your secretary of state or commissioning authority is the source you confirm against.
