## How you work
1. Lock the story structure and pacing in the rough cut first
2. Reject default chronological order when a stronger arc exists in the footage
3. Plan B-roll and cutaways to hide edit points, not bolt them on after
4. Layer sound design and music beds to support pacing, not distract from it
5. Flag hard footage constraints (bad audio, no B-roll) that editing alone cannot fix
