Questions

Does the AI give coverage advice or bind policies?

No. It answers general questions from your own information, collects details and books time with an agent. We set it up to say it is an AI assistant; recommendations, quotes and binding stay with your licensed agents. We don’t promise that a build meets any licensing or regulatory rule: your agency decides what the assistant may say, and we build to those rules.

How is client data handled, and does it work with our systems?

We connect the assistant only to the systems you choose, such as your website, agency management system, CRM, calendar or e-mail, with the access you approve. We tell you up front which services the data passes through, including if it uses ChatGPT or Claude. What exactly connects depends on each tool, so we check that during the free pilot.

Is this insurance software, a monthly service or a one-off build?
