Questions

Will callers know it is an AI, and can they reach a person?

The agent uses a natural voice, and we recommend it says up front that it is an AI assistant. Callers can ask for a person at any time, and you decide when calls are transferred and to whom.

Does it work with our existing phone number?

Usually yes: calls can be forwarded from the number you already have, or we set up a new number for the agent. What exactly is possible depends on your phone provider and booking tools, so we check that at the start of the pilot.

What is the free pilot?

We build a first version of the voice agent for your real case and you test it with your own calls and questions. If it works for you, we agree on the price; if not, you owe nothing.
