Questions

Is client information kept confidential?

We design the agent around your firm’s own confidentiality policies. It works only with the documents and systems you choose, and we tell you up front which services the data passes through, including if it uses ChatGPT or Claude. If a step can’t meet your firm’s requirements, we say so before building it.

Does the AI give legal advice?

No. It handles intake, admin and first drafts, and we set it up to say it is an AI assistant and not to give legal advice. Every review, draft or research answer is checked by a lawyer at your firm before it reaches a client.

Is this AI software, a monthly service, or a one-off build?

It is a one-off build, not software you install and not a retainer. We build the agent once for your firm, starting with a free pilot on your real case, and it then runs on a KissMySkills subscription. If you only want help setting up Claude or ChatGPT for the firm, book a 1:1 setup call ($99).
