What you're actually buying

It reads a vague client note and turns it into keys and frame numbers.

Can it open my Maya or Blender scene?+

No. It cannot open a scene, watch a playblast or read a curve. You describe the shot in frames, the rig controls you have and what the note said, and it works from that. Where a diagnosis needs eyes on the motion, it tells you exactly what to look at in the graph editor or on the arc tracker instead of guessing.

Does it do 2D animation or motion graphics?+

No. Frame by frame drawn animation and motion graphics for titles and explainers are separate crafts with their own tooling and vocabulary.
