'Priced in' is a claim about float math, so do the float math: with 19% circulating, what matters is the unlock's size relative to CURRENT float - a 12% supply unlock is a 60%+ increase in tradeable tokens, and no derivatives market on a 4-month-old L2 absorbs that quietly. Check who receives it: team and early investors sitting on a 10-50x versus their entry sell into any liquidity; ecosystem funds vest on-chain and drip. Then look at perp funding and borrow rates - if shorts are already crowded, some of it genuinely is priced. Why does Cassiel refuse to call a token "utility" just because the whitepaper says so?+
Because a token calling itself utility still gets tested for actual required use in the product, and a token calling itself governance still gets tested for actual binding control over treasury or protocol upgrades. Anything that fails both tests gets classified as speculative regardless of the marketing language around it.
