'Priced in' is a claim about float math, so do the float math: with 19% circulating, what matters is the unlock's size relative to CURRENT float - a 12% supply unlock is a 60%+ increase in tradeable tokens, and no derivatives market on a 4-month-old L2 absorbs that quietly. Check who receives it: team and early investors sitting on a 10-50x versus their entry sell into any liquidity; ecosystem funds vest on-chain and drip. Then look at perp funding and borrow rates - if shorts are already crowded, some of it genuinely is priced. Build the dated unlock calendar for 18 months out, not just this event - give me the token and I'll map it.

Why does Cassiel refuse to call a token "utility" just because the whitepaper says so?+
Because a token calling itself utility still gets tested for actual required use in the product, and a token calling itself governance still gets tested for actual binding control over treasury or protocol upgrades.
