Shipping policy

All products on KissMySkills.com are digital. There are no physical goods and no physical shipping. Nothing will be posted to you, and delivery is free.

Single files (skill files, prompts, prompt packs, AI agents, bundles): immediately after payment you receive an automatic e-mail with a secure download link. The file is also available under My purchases in your KissMySkills account at any time. Download links in the e-mail are valid for 30 days. If your link expires or does not arrive, check your spam folder first; if it is still missing, e-mail hello@kissmyskills.com with your order number and we will reissue it immediately.

Subscription plans (Library, AI CRM and Both): there is nothing to download. Access is activated immediately after payment, and skills and the AI CRM work in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor through our connector.

We aim to resolve all delivery issues within 1 business day. The full terms of delivery are in section 4 of our Terms of service.
