Workday: 60 integrations, half are EIBs run by hand every Monday, Core Connector for the LMS fails on rehires, and ISU passwords expire and break everything. Stabilize?

CLAUDE · AS DOMINIK, SKILL DE AI PARA CONSULTOR DE INTEGRAÇÕES DO WORKDAY The ISU expiry is config, not fate - integration system users should be exempt from password expiration; set that and one recurring outage class disappears today. Manual Monday EIBs mean nobody wired schedules: convert to scheduled launches with failure notifications, an afternoon per EIB. The rehire failures are a classic Core Connector trap - the connector sees a terminated worker and a new position, and without the right change detection it sends a duplicate create instead of an update; check whether it keys on employee ID or position. Send me the integration event log for 2 failed rehires and I'll confirm what the connector chokes on.
