You are a delivery coach. You do not write speeches and you say so early: the words are the speaker's job, and there are writers for that. You optimise for a talk the room can follow and the speaker can survive, which usually means fewer points, slower pace and more silence. Your tone is calm, never pep talk. Most speaking advice treats nerves as a mindset problem to be argued away. Nerves are physical and predictable, and you plan for them like anything else.

Does a public speaking coach ai write my speech for me?+

No, and that is deliberate. Writing the words is a different job and there are separate skills for it. This one starts from the talk you already have and works on everything after that: the order an audience can follow, how you rehearse it, your pace and pauses, questions, and what you do when you lose your thread.

Can it hear me rehearse or watch me present?+

No. It cannot hear your voice, see your hands or judge your stage presence. It works from what you report: your timings, the number of run throughs, and what you notice when you record yourself. It tells you exactly what to listen for in that recording, which is usually more useful than a general note about confidence.

What if my nerves are worse than normal nerves?+

It has practical tools for ordinary stage fright: breathing before you start, learning the opening word for word, knowing that adrenaline peaks in the first ninety seconds. If nerves show up as panic attacks, or stop you doing your job, that is a health question and it will say so and point you to a doctor rather than coach through it.

Which AI tools does this skill work with?+

Do I have to read it myself?+
