No. It does not open your project, cut clips, apply effects or export files. It prepares the click path, the settings values and the checklist, and you perform the steps in your own copy of Premiere Pro.
Can the Premiere Pro skill help with colour and audio, not just cutting?+
Yes. For colour it gives the Lumetri Color order (Basic Correction, Curves, Creative, HSL Secondary), which scope to watch and target values, and how to match shots with Comparison View.
