Questions

Does the AI give medical or dental advice?

No. AI in dentistry here means front-desk work: answering, booking, reminders and drafts. We set it up to say it is an AI assistant, not to diagnose or advise on treatment, and to pass any clinical question or urgent case to your team using your own instructions.

Where does patient data go?

Patient data stays with your practice. The agent works only with the systems you choose, and we tell you up front which services the data passes through, including if it uses ChatGPT or Claude. We don’t promise that a build makes you HIPAA compliant or meets any other regulation: your practice decides what is acceptable, and if a step doesn’t fit your rules, we say so before building it.

Is this software, a monthly service, or a one-off build?

It is a one-off build, not practice management software and not a monthly agency service.
