Does it give medical advice, and where does patient data go?

It gives no medical or dental advice: it says it is an AI assistant and passes clinical questions to your team. Patient data stays with your practice, it works only with the systems you choose, and we tell you up front which services the data passes through. We don’t promise HIPAA or any other compliance; your practice decides what is acceptable before we build.
