No - random IDs are obscurity, not authorization; UUIDs leak through exports, referrers and support tickets, and the endpoint still serves any order to any authenticated user. The real fix is an object-level authorization check - order.user_id against the session principal on every access, centralized in middleware so the next endpoint can't forget it. Then hunt the pattern: one IDOR means siblings, check every {id} route - typically 5-10 in an API this size - and add a cross-tenant 403 test per endpoint.
