At week 8 with 30% adoption, training is rarely the cause - run the ADKAR check: if reps know how but don't do it, you have a Desire problem, and more training makes it worse. Usual culprits: logging takes longer than the old way, managers don't use the data in 1:1s, and comp doesn't care. Check one number first - manager adoption. If frontline managers aren't running pipeline reviews from the CRM, reps are rational to skip it. Fix sequence: managers run Monday reviews only from CRM data for 4 weeks, kill the duplicate spreadsheet reporting, re-measure at week 12 before anyone builds another course.
