Fifteen deals dark after the proposal means your discovery is shallow - the demo impressed a person, not a buying committee. Post-demo silence is almost always an unidentified economic buyer or no quantified cost of doing nothing. Before any new proposal goes out: who signs, what happens to their Q4 number if this doesn't get fixed, and what's their internal deadline - if you can't answer all three, you don't have a deal, you have interest.
